Description Forgive me, but I like this one.

This is to further chronicle the alien races. The Isepian woman with the stage name AWOL (funny because her people have a very militaristic society) is one of the most famous entertainers in the TETH-SIM system.

She is a fun departure for me because she just so physically different from my other female characters. She is also the smallest. At 4'11" (1.50m), she would have to look up at most of my other ladies ... if she wasn't wearing those shoes. And then there all her colors. The red skin and dark blue hair are all natural ... and a pain to plan costume colors around. But I got it to work, so I'm not going to complain.

She is from a time in the future and studied the creatively costumed female entertainers of the early 21st Century. She took what she liked from them and mixed in what she liked and made it her own. With the help of her friend and producer Ghi-Sun, she's managed to do very well for herself.

I really like the Asian influence of her costume. And those shoes are something else.She's as tall as my aunt (and I'm taller than her ).Hahaha! And all the flowy bits of hair and fabric give such a lovely feel of grace and motion to her.

The militaristic social background must explain how she walks in those without breaking an ankle. (Rigorous physical training from a young age?) I like the "swirls and pearls" motif of her costume.

Her costume design is AWESOME and I love that she's so short The best part of this are all the shiny gold things, I have to say. They just look GREAT with her skin and hair

Late comment... but wow! She looks so glam, and so gorgeous, and like she knows it too and has fun with it, which is actually rather refreshing. I wouldn't have thought those two strong primary colours would ever have worked so well but she (and you) have well and truly rocked them!

Meh ... I can't point the finger at *anyone* for lateness.
Thanks very much! AWOL is both the pride and shame of her very reserved people for those very reasons.
I had *such* a terrible time with those colors. It would just be easier to change one of them, but I made a promise to myself to try it someday. (Hers are the colors the Star Trek Vulcans were supposed to be ... but it looked bad in black and white.)

I figure we all have the right to be late with comments. The only time I was ever on time was when I had a very bad and boring evening reception job and there was very little to do aside from answer messages.

I would never know you had a difficult time with this from the finished product - she looks glowing and the colours work excellently.

OMFGBBQ 8D She looks really stunning - very bombastic witch I presume is the desired effect!

She has an awesome skin-hair combination but I agree - it is hard to choose a palette for those kinds of colour combination (I have the same problem with Ejri - the blue-white hair elf xD )

My favourite part of the cotume? Those golden disks on the necklace and other parts - you made them hang so convincingly

I actually borrowed her colors from sci-fi concept history. Vulcans were originally supposed to be red and blue, but it looked bad in black and white, so that was abandoned. I was all !

I love the gold bits too. They were supposed to light up ... but that was just too much.
