Sorry that it took me centuries to get back to, but here is the result, I hope you like her. >w<
It's supposed to be a transparent inkblot background, so if it looks messy let me know and I'll fix it. ;_;
Can you tell I had too much fun with her ink dress? 8D
And I have no idea where the title came from, I've been calling it that since the sketch. @_@;

Yes I use a mouse for everything, aside from the basic sketches... when even then sometimes I resort to pushing the tablet aside and freehanding with the mouse... XDD
