As you may or may not know from my recent journal entry, *Drasus has started to give me drawing assignments in the hopes I may get better. This is the first assignment; to draw a hand in any position I wish. I used my own left hand as a reference, which was a challenge due to all the wrinkles and lines on my hands due to a skin disorder. So I kinda had to guess on some of this, and I didn't even bother to fill in all the minute details. But, I'm quite pleased with the result.Oh, and if you think the thumb looks dislocated, that's because it is. I can dislocate my left thumb, and thought it would be interesting if I tried to draw that.
This is also my submission for this month's "something unfamiliar" thing in this group I'm in called group group. I really suck at and hate drawing hands, so I figure this would be fitting for that. Though I can't say I completely understand them yet, I think I understand them a little better now. Though I'd still rather draw claws. So much easier, and more fun, too XP

Very nicely done, sweetheart. I'm very proud of you, you've done an excellent job. Especially so on the nails, the few wrinkles you put, and the construction. I'm glad this exercise helped you so much. I think you could have included more details, but otherwise you'vr done great. The grade-as yourequested I give you-is somewhere between a B and a C, but is not a C+. I want to give you a B, but I'm afraid that I'd be going too easy on you again. So... Yeah. The moral? I couldn't be an art teacher.
