Marty is a noodle, there is no doubt.This started as just a random doodle of Marty and his backbreaking anatomy and I actually kind of liked how he turned out so I went nuts and ended with this.
I tried to take in some critique I had gotten from my last painty drawing (except I forgot about playing with resolution to make the light/gradient less distorted so I realize there's a few problems there still) and I also experimented with a few techniques like shading with my new favorite texture brush and I actually really like how the shading came out alone with the highlights I always seem to have a problem with, and applying stuff I learned in anatomy about what bones go where. (I am studying!
) I still request critique, so anything will help and be appreciated!

this is really amazingly done. The highlights and shadows really create the atmosphere, and I like the subtle rib cage you added

This came out so fab. I love the shading, the light source fits really nicely and sorta textury thing does look pretty cool. I really like how it came out on his ribs and neck. xD The drapery is so fab too. I like how the busty pillar thing has the drapes going sorta in a circle and how the window drapes dip down. The folds in them are all so pretty. And I still love his tail. That's, like, my fave part. Such an adorable curly tail. 8'I
The only thing about this I can really say for crits is don't hesitate to kinda throw in another layer of darker shading in some areas to sorta pull out the darker values and make it more three-dimensional. Other than that, it looks great!
