Chrono crusade fanart. Hoping to have Daisuke Moriyama Sign it at con this weekend... Excited...In any case, any one who has read the end of the manga series should know exactly whats going on in this picture, but otherwise I'm not going to explain it. Figure I'll let the rest of you carry on happily not knowing.

Right? I thought it was the most heart-wrenching thing, and yet it just brought about such a sense of closure. It was so simple, and not at all drawn out like the animes ending. It was just beautiful.

This is the first I'm seeing of it. It looks like its been reblogged a couple times in chrono crusade themed tumblrs. Though I would prefer it if they gave a source, I'm actually kind of flattered they enjoyed it enough to share it.
And yes, I did get it signed. Amazing moment.

I loved this manga. The ending was much better and more complete in the manga than in the anime.

It was, no doubt. The anime seemed to go off in an odd direction about half way through, and had me really confused.

The anime felt really disjointed to me. I was relieved to find out that the manga creators generally have little, to nothing to do with the anime though.

I am so very happy that you did this, Chrono Crusade is the manga that got me into the anime/manga thing and it is one of the most beloved series in my collection. Both the anime and manga made me cry. A lot.
I love how you combined the anime and manga in a way, using the designs from the manga but the sunset from the anime.
