I know. I wouldn't be surprised either. But it's ridiculous what is happening now. They need to DO something already! People are turning away from the show because of their stalling. It's just silly story-telling imo. Just make Caryl happen and MOVE THE STORY FORWARD FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.

I am kind of scared of season 5. the show didn't hide the fact that Melissa and norman were filming together. with the way they do I don't think that is a good sign. I just can't take any more b scenes. they had her so childlike then changed the vibe of the characters.

Well I can't say that I don't understand your fear! Because yes. Unfortunately, the writers did disappoint me in season 4 as well (no matter the ultimate goal of the season - which I actually think was sound - I greatly dislike the way they chose to play it out) so I lost a bit of the trust I had in them.
But having said that, I don't think the reports of Norman and Melissa filming together are something we should be worried about. (I'd rather have them filming together than not, right?) But also, I kinda think they let that information slip on purpose because they were trying to do some PR work with the Carylers. I don't think it went unnoticed that we were pissed off by the end of season 4 - so I have a feeling they are doing small things during the hiatus (there have been more than one) to let us know that we have something to look forward to. They want us to come back in the fall. I'm not sure what will happen during the season but I do think Caryl will happen at someeeee point. Some when.
But I do agree about B. I think it was a mistake to give her more screen time. I'm sorry to say but I am just not interested in that character, period. I wasn't then and I'm not now. :/ I think they thought by pairing her with Daryl they could make people care. And personally, for myself, it just didn't work.Β
