Description
These beings are often mistaken for undead. In fact, they are a type of Fey. They arise from unjust killing, taking a warped version of the form of the victim and hunting down "their" killer, and anyone associated with them. The weapon they use (if they use a weapon) is a distended copy of what was used to kill the victim. Wherever they go, the surroundings begin to shift subtly, to look like the place of the killing. Nemeses have been known to make alliances with "their" ghosts, a pact which suits both quite well.
