Yuyuka is a friendly girl, one with a somewhat childish demeanor and behavior. Though she seems rather shy during a first meeting, she gets comfortable with people quickly and gets louder when she's close to someone. She's honestly quite clingy and affectionate, often hugging people she's close to. Adding to her childish behavior, she has a rather short attention span and gets distracted quite easily when she isn't focused.
B I O G R A P H Y
Born in an average family of 5, Yuyuka was the only daughter, with 2 older brothers who were twins. Growing up, she didn't really receive much attention from her parents. It was always her brothers in the spotlight, with their achievements and accomplishments. They would always get the 2 top spots in their year level and win academic awards and competitions, so they constantly earned more praise from their parents. But what about her? Yuyuka was never one who excelled in academics honestly.
Yuyuka grew up to be closer to her grandmother than her parents. Her grandma was also like her, not an academic achiever but a music enthusiast instead. When Yuyuka first opened up about to her about this, she was encouraged to take up a hobby, that being dance. It quickly became something that she loved and took pride in. Still, Yuyuka wanted to be better. She wanted to show her parents that academics aren't everything, and that she could actually achieve something through what once was a hobby to her. She wanted to be recognized by her parents, to actually feel like she was actually their youngest child, not just the someone who was left in the shadow of her brothers' achievements.
Despite the lack of attention and praise from her family, Yuyuka could never hate her brothers. In fact, they would comfort her and help her whenever she needed assistance. The older twin, Haruto, would often teach her new dances and songs, because he was also interested in dance, just not enough to really pursue it as a course. The younger twin, Hayato, excelled in academics more than Haruto did which lead him to helping her out with her homework, projects, and just teaching her what she didn't understand from their lesson. Her brothers acted more like parents in her eyes. They'd give her the attention and love she needed, and kept her happy.
It was when her middle school graduation was near when her brothers suggested to try out for an idol school. A school that had her interests. Not one that forced her to focus on academics, but one that focused on improving students' skills based on their interests and talents. That was when she began to search for idol schools she could audition for. Scanning through several school ads, she saw a school that had both an idol and regular course, which was the one where several idols she admired were staying at.
This was her chance, her chance to prove to her parents that she could achieve her dreams despite not focusing on academics like they had originally pushed her to. Years of training will finally pay off if she got accepted. So, she tried out, not knowing if she'll be successful, but at least she tried.

Yuyuka has a voice that is semi high-pitched and somewhat soft. When she sings, her voice becomes more high-pitched, and is rather cutesy-sounding. She is a soprano and is capable of hitting high notes, but she struggles in doing so as she is more of a dancer than a vocal, so her singing high notes is rare.

Additional Information:
- She learnt Korean from her grandma, who was half-Korean and was more fluent in Korean than in Japanese.
- She owns a squirrel named Jwi! She got the name from the Korean word for squirrel which is 다람쥐 (daramjwi).
- She was 12 when she picked up an abandoned baby Jwi on her way home from school, and she's been taking care of him ever since.
- Loves drinking milk but she never grows any taller.
- Often steals sweaters and shirts from her brothers' closets. She just loves how loose they are.
- Closer to Haruto than to Hayato, but she loves them equally.
