Yay! My first every Kaoani! Inspired by a very special pet rat, called Spotty [link] , who is loving looked after by ~Lex-Zaiya
Although I made it as a small surprise for ~Lex-Zaiya , she insisted that they be shared with the world, so more people can squee ^^

I made use of existing Kaoani’s as reference, and will hopefully be adding more Spotty Kaoani’s soon... to make a big cute collection!
If you are going to use it, some credit would be nice, and I would love to know!

UPDATED

So Spotty and his friends will be receiving an update, seeing as when I first made these kaoani, I know only the bare basics of pixel art and animation. I have learnt quite a bit since then, and decided they need a makeover.
Spotty now has more shading than before, he has a white border, and his blink animation has been refined. His eyes also now have the ‘cute sparkle’ effect. And he has a cute nose now too!
