Woww, this was from a long time ago. Like a few months or something. XDBut it was drawn for one of my RL friends, to replace a /really/ old drawing I did of her avatar before.
It actually //IS // Microsoft Paint. The compression just killed the pixely quality. I have the real version on my home computer, and I'll see if I can replace it. :3

I love the job on the wings and hair and such, but it seems to me that the neck is a bit thick, although I get the feeling that's only because of the scarf x3
