I may open one or two commission slots for traditional things like this, depending on if anyone is interested. For an additional fee I'll send the actual picture too the commissioner (anywhere in the world, doesn't really matter to me- this ones off to India.) as well, again, if they're interested. What say you, watchers?

I scratched this one up whilst in Mexico. I enjoy drawing traditionally while i'm away from home/ on break from school, always have, as I need solid chunks of time to create anything decent by my standards xD

SO! this is a gift for a dear dA friend of mine that I promised a few months ago.

Its not the same one that I had started all those months ago as I cannot find that sketch book for the life of me. Annnd its not the colours that she requested either BUT in my defence the colours I had brought with me were much better in the colours featured on him rather than the ones she chose. So I did them instead xD

Aside from all that I really love him. The scanner ate some of the colours, especially the gold detail here and there (which shimmers irl) and the white clouds/blue sky background, but I reaaaallly love him. Not to bad on the mistakes side of things either, there's only one or two minor slip ups which aren't really that noticeable. WHICH MAKES ME HAPPYYYY because this is the first decent sized traditional piece that I have done in MONTHS that Is finished.

Also, I have no idea where the grubbiness on the background is from. All I can say is that I cannot see it in the actual picture. Whatever scanner, you're an ass.

In all honesty i'll be sad to see him go as i've fallen inlove with it and want him on my wall too xD

Anyway, he is A4 in size, done on Daler Rowney Graphic series drawing paper. (first time i've used it and to be fair its been really good.)

And he's done in a mixture of Pencils, watercolour, copics and fine-liners.

Yeee.
