Something I've been working on and off on for awhile now. Finally done, I think. May not be as nice and pro as what better artists can do, but I worked on it until I couldn't find a way that I could improve it any further, so here it is.

Total time worked on: Not really sure. Maybe 8 hours? Hard to say.
Tools: Photoshop, Wacom tablet
Brushes/Patterns: Only one pattern used, and that was on the blue shapey stuff. The rest is mostly regular round brush of varying softness, and a couple of default shape brushes. All belong to Adobe.
