nope, its on some recycled paper in a sketchbook I have. It has a great texture to it..
just used some micron pens and white pencil.

sometimes i use a white crayon or a weird white pencil thingy, thats not qa colored pencil.

Spike is seriously the coolest cartoon character ever. I'm not much a fan of anime, but I freaking love Cowboy Bebop. I got really into it 3 or 4 years ago. I like how relaxed and smooth and cool he is. Great artwork, very nice interpretation.
