You made Freeman like her...what's holding him back? He would have to get a backbone at some point in his miserable life; especially if he had to seperate from Paine and Tremor. I'm not entirelly sure as of why the people behind the couple are even more stressed than the girl herself about the kiss~ XP
The small comic is pretty cute, especially because of its use of the Little Mermaid's themed song.
Perhaps using a little less (or a little more, to give it more density) photoshop leaves on the trees would've been a nice point.

That's cute ^^ The linework seems a little weird though, fuzzy maybe. If you use layers to color underneath the lineart it might not look so fuzzy.
