People from different worlds and times find themselves on Battle Planet and are told to fight for the ultimate prize. The leader of the winning faction will gain omnipotence. Artemis immediately gathers the best huntresses she can and starts to weed out those she perceives as weak. As she chases Nina and her shapeshifting new companion Vixen and will cull them or recruit them depending on how good a chase they give.

Nina (running): How the hell did I end up here? I'm not a goddess or a warrior, just a runner. I'm usually fast but when we were getting into factions I hesitated and found myself hunted, along with my new mate Vicky Vixen here. Jesus Christ I'm being shot at now!

Ultraviolet (with the guns): I'm not sure about this at all. But I'm a professional, I'll do my job and for now I'm working for Artemis. She claims to be a goddess, but who knows? Surely she wouldn't need us lot if she was. Out of everyone though, when the voice told us to get into factions, she sounded the best. Organised, strong. I'll work for her for now. I'm not shooting to hit the girl or the fox, yet. With women, if they give us a good enough chase Artemis will offer them a place in our faction. If not, well... too bad. It's a different world, different rules.
