When my ex broke up, I was like this too. He broke up with me 1-4-11. Two days before our 1 month anniversary. I didn't look or speak to him until April. I told my friend to tell him I wasn't mad at him anymore and I couldn't believe what I said so I ran to the far closed off area of the ice rink. He followed me and started to talk to me and I could barely hold back my tears.
My feelings for him didn't fade until about July. So a one month anniversary ruined my love life for about 7 months.
Back in November, my friends and I went to the rink for old times sake (since we graduated), and he was there. I didn't have that same feeling I did. Mainly because he turned into a jerk.
But I'm sure Dylan won't turn into a jerk <3
