Description
New design. I stayed up watching YGOTAS and doodling this character.I decided to make somebody with a dress and yes.
Here she is.
No clue what she is/any defining information. But she exists. I really like this design.
Name stolen from the lovely play 'Black Comedy' which was hilarious and i loved the name.
