Lovely capture. At first I thought this was a painting which had been seemingly clawed by some feral beast! Like a wild animal frantically trying to flee it's captors back into the wilderness, to freedom.Β

an amazing display of natures imagination. stagnant reflects over dynamic movement.

absolutely amazing photograph... (full view is a must)... the wonderful textures, colours and the dimensions you've created in just a reflection... Superb... I really love the very subtle transitions between the reflections and the ground, its almost plays a trick on the eye... into becoming something totally dream like and juxtaposed... amazing...

Very "left of centre"... ITs so unique.. well done... It has such a archetypal "world" feel to it. Not an easy thing to capture.

Thanks for the comment Karen.
What do you mean by "left of centre"... ?
I had to look up the word archetypal in a dictionary, as I understand it you are talking about a world billion years ago, am I right?

I feel complimented, thanks.
My vocabulary in english is rather basic so my terms for that would be somewhere between creative and original.

The texture of this photo is incredibly intriguing. I didn't realize I was looking at a pond/water at first - and I love the feeling of discovery that I get every time I figure out what I'm looking at!
The colors and shadows also make it look a little Pollock-esque

very interesting pictures. I love the fact that half of the pictures as a blue tint to it, while the other have is dark and grey, it makes for a creepy picture. The picture just grabs my attention.
