I was supposed to do things today. Commissions, owed art.But this picture said NOPE. Try again later.
Haha, that's okay, it came out 100x better than I was expecting.

I always like your hatched work. The composition is really nice in this one, not cutting the picture in half and leading you from the bottom to the top. The light source is strong and the gradient is striking. The mixing of positive and negative space is very engaging as well.

Thanks! Haha all of my computers have it as their desktops. I want to make it into a skin for my ipod, but I'm attached to my current one, so it'll have to wait.

I could totally see this on a shirt or jacket or bookbag or other such merchandise, it's awesome! I love how sharp and focused his eyes are, yet at the same time his expression kind of reads 'lost in thought'.
