Description

First appearance: Banjo-Tooie (2000)

Chilly Willy from ”Banjo-Tooie”. He is a dragon that resides at the top of Hailfire Peak’s icy glacier-like side, and just like his brother Chilli Billi, he is expecting a pizza delivery. When Chilly Willy mistakes our duo for the delivery (thinking they're hiding his delicious pizza for him), he gets furious and starts a fight, attacking by spitting iceballs and licking the duo with the dreadful tongue of his.

Chilly Willy, along with his palette swap bro, had a design that felt somewhat non-cartoony for the Banjo-Kazooie universe, which is quite awesome. You really know it's serious business just by looking at them. Albeit their dialogues and boss battles are pretty much identical (except for changes in their respective HP), the bros followed Hailfire Peaks' fire-ice contrast theme very well in terms of design and settings, and that makes them feel like two completely different characters, despite their many similarities.
The difficulty of the battle varies, depending on which dragon you fight first. The first-fought dragon has pretty low HP, but whoever the second-fought is, the HP is the double on him, and the battle gets significantly harder. Their weak points are pretty obvious, but the area can be a challenge to run around in, and it's possible that you'll fall off the cliff and have to restart the battle. You could say that much of it is a matter of timing rather than precision.

This drawing of Chilly Willy is just a differently-colored and shaded version of the Chilli Billi I submitted earlier, so there's not too much to say about this one. I made the shading softer, as Chilly Willy isn't inside a pool of glowing magma like his brother. I also added small sparkles on his icicle-like horns, and made water instead of magma, so the changes wasn't too hard to do.
