First appearance: Super Mario Sunshine (2002)

Mecha-Bowser from ”Super Mario Sunshine”. It is a ginormous Bowser-shaped machine controlled by Bowser Jr, appearing admidst the roller coaster of the jolly Pinna Park. To not endanger the guests (though the park operator really adores this cool new "attraction"), Mario must hitch a ride and take down this King Koopa colossus, while avoiding the flamethrower and homing Bullet Bills that Mecha-Bowser is armed with.

Mecha-Bowser was a very unique and tricky boss to fight. The fact that you are riding a roller coaster instead of moving around freely makes the fight extra fun and difficult, and there are many things to keep track of simultaneously (those homing Bullets Bills are nightmarish to detect in time!). The entire battle is a perfect blend of epic and entertaining, to put it shortly

This one was really tricky to draw. I find angular and symmetrical shapes much harder to draw than organic and uneven shapes. Maybe the perspective is a bit twisted in this one, and the coloring a bit "dirty", but I still felt like I had to finish it now, or else I'll never complete it
