Had to redo Oz. I always liked the name and his look, but it needed a make over. So I did. His stars aren't a pattern of his pelt, but tattoo's.He's a mutant.
Edit: his powers are officially power absorption, he could easily kill someone if he held on too long- sort of like a 'Rogue' thing. He's been a good candidate for Morion, though he hasn't been recruited yet- (thing about Morion, is he is a good manipulator, doesn't mean all under his control are completely bad guys, just means he's done something to keep them there- either promising them something, blackmail and even brainwashing.)

Love the tattoos, yum x) Hm, for powers... not sure. I'm having problems thinking of my own lol. I've pulled ideas from movies/comics and stuff like that and put a twist on it. So perhaps look at different super heroes and see if something catches your eye? Someone mentioned illusion powers. That could be interesting...

I love the pose on this. Afraid I got no ideas about powers, I have no idea whats taken and what isn't, but I just love the hair and the shading on this. It all looks very nice and just... yeah. Oz =]

He could be something like Rogue. Or perhaps he can manipulate lighting or weather. >> I'm trying to think of a way to integrate his stars into his power(s).
Perhaps replications of the tattoos of the stars can "melt" from his body and transform into sharp weapons he can throw at people? Or they can not be sharp weapons but rather be like a small, transparent little thing that he can throw at someone and, if it hits, be able to track their position?

As far as power, um, maybe illusionary abilities? Like making people see realities that aren't there. I don't know why, it just seems to fit him. I also love the clothes and his anatomy. the way you set his structure up is really nice.

The stars on his arms give me the feeling he should control something cosmic (but maybe that's because I'm kind of lame). Like being able to control the effect gravity has on people (like gravira in kingdom hearts, again I'm uncreative) it could drop people to the ground or just severely reduce their ability to move.

Well, you could give him a Rogue-esque power of being able to absorb any other mutant's abilities by touching them. Or maybe he weakens those mutants he's around for a certain period of time.
Buut anyway, he's hot. :3 I like his gloves. I kinda want some o' those.
