Thanx for the compliment(?), but it was a little more complicated than that. What I did was called photo overpainting, and took considerably longer than just hitting ok on a filter. It's more like vectoring an image, and then painting the brush strokes over it, embossing/diffusing it, and finally texturing the end result. When you decide to start adding deviations of your own, I can hit you up with a tut, if you like.
