I dislike to say it, but Jasper would most likely win. Jasper has survived a full-power front flip smash in the face through a corrupt gem and into the beach from Stevonie's sword. Bismuth wasn't even able to take a simple stab from the sword and not even Stevonie. Jasper was literally the perfect quartz soldier and Bismuth was an innie blacksmith. When it comes to brute strength, they are almost perfectly on par, but weaponry goes to Bismuth for hammer hands. Jasper has been fighting since the day she was made and Bismuth has been just crafting weapons and buildings.
