Original backstory i had for her.

Thene for short.
Thene gem was cracked due to her loved one dieing in front of her and her unable to take the pain of her being gone and attempting to kill herself. But part way threw cracking her gem the changes settled in and she lost her sanity and thoughts and forgot everything and why she was their.
She is obvious to everything around her and cannot remember why or how her gem was cracked.

Nickname Can be Mal.

Mal was made in the kindergarten it was seen as a flawed impure gem but when it showed is ability he quickly become a favourite But was used as a pet/weapon
By the diamonds. To Take care of those that caused to much trouble for them.

Its power is inverted vision.
If you look in its eyes even for a second your vision will be inverted.
Along with the world threw your eyes turning upside down.
and your sensed going haywire.

up is down.
everything is different.

Mal is not a powerful gem in the way of fighting but this ability tends to mess up gems and stop them in their tracks.
and can easily subdue them and take them. in

Higher up gems in homeworld know how to fight under mals
vision due to keep him loyal if they ever decided to betray them.
Rose was one of the gems that could Fight threw his vision.

3. sphalerite
prefers it/they/them pronouns
It is actually a fusion gem of 2 other gems being represented my ea head.these two gems were the middle heads best friends and were damaged in the war so offered to fuse with them to keep them alive but were damaged more by the war during the fusion so they took this more perm form. and if were to unfuse the gems would die the energy from the middle one the unbroken is keeping the other two alive and keeping them from just shattering.
Ea head has its own personality strangely enough.
when resting they form a pile of bones.
