I think what's important is being healthy. Don't starve yourself, and don't gorge. Be natural.
If you're naturally a rail, so be it. If you're naturally plump, so be it. Bodies are beautiful and aren't all meant to look the same.

Wow this art is actually pretty neat. It has a really desolate tone to it and in a way it kind of resonates with the damage that some bodies go through in order to fit what the person sees as beautiful.

As long as people are healthy, what ever body type they have is beautiful!
I don't like that people are starting to shame girls who are super skinny, cause hey sometimes that's just their body and metabolism and junk, it's not their fault.
