A styrene "Open House" sign I got for $1 at Home Depot. The rivets are styrene rod, cut to size. I used MEK to bond all the individual pieces.

Where do you pick up those styrene rods/sheets? I'd like to try them, see if I can make any good use of the material.

Evergreen Styrene is available at just about every hobby shop. They make just about every architectural shape you can imagine.I only use pre-made shapes when have to, that stuff gets spendy.
