Fishing Prompt activity for the CCCommunity Alpha ARPG!

Ani frowns as she stares at her empty bait container with disdain. She knew that she had some before leaving to her fishing spot by the small river. She grumbles as she now stares at the river where she can see fish swimming about. "now how am i supposed to catch them now?" She wondered, not feeling up to trekking back to town to buy some bait as it will be night by the time she gets back. She contemplated on just catching them by hand but fish are slippery and she does not want to get wet. She sighs as she remove her eye from her mouth to watch the fish that swim freely in the river.

She sighs as she placed her fishing gear to the side and kneels closer to the river to attempt catching the fish by hand. For the first few minutes, she was able to catch 2 big salmon. Being please with her progress, she is more focused catching as many as she can before sunset. She had wrapped her tongue tightly around her eye so it wont slip from her grasp. but her focus on catching fish made her loosen her grip. She was in mid strike to catch another slippery fish when out of nowhere, a giant green fish breaches the water, towards Ani. Ani froze, letting go of her eye in the process. The fish spots it and as it fell back into the water, it took Ani's eye with it.

Ani was shocked at how massive the fish was. How did she NOT see the humongous thing in the tiny river. She would have seen it with he-"MY EYE!!!!!!" She roared as she picks up her gear and follows the giant fish down the river to retrieve her eye. She growls low as she watches the thing barrels down the river. She ran on all fours to gain speed, making sure not to hit anything as she gets closer to the fish. She was really glad she knows the area without her eye. A dip in the terrain along with a fork in the river will be close and she knew the fish will be too big to make a quick turn. She huffs as she and the fish race down the river getting closer to the fork.

She grins as she see the giant thing try to make a left to head to the river. She didn't give him a chance. As soon as the fish breaches the water to use it's weight to turn. Ani jumps and kicks the fish right in the mouth, causing it to spit her eye out. The force of the kick pushed the fish into the rocky earth, cracking the things skull and immediately killing it. Ani couldn't stop herself ans also fell into the water with the dead fish. She pops out of the water and growls as she shakes the access water of her fur. She grumbles angrily as she picks up her eye and places it in her mouth as she picks up her discarded gear. She glares at the dead fish and sighs in relief as she almost lost her eye. She frowns as she realized she lost all the fish she caught earlier when giving chase for her eye. She facepalms as she made a mental note to make sure to never let her eye be exposed again. "...Might as well take you... No reason to leave a fish as big as you in the water to rot.

She picks up the large monster with a grunt. She had caught bigger fish before but this one takes the cake. She hefts the thing up over her shoulder and grabs her gear, walking away from the river with her eye returned and a big fish to sale in town.

The alternate title for this was "LET GO OF MY EYE!" but I named it this as i nearly lost the file for this piece XD luckly with the power of google and youtube, I
was able to get it back!

How has everyone been? First actual art for 2020 for this account lol. So sorry for not being active. Hadn't have any energy to play my ARPG characters as of late. Hopefully after this i can get back into this account ^^

Anyway! I has news! I am a Alpha tester for the group! Its in Alpha mode and is being worked on! I'm helping out so hopefully it will be live for everyone to enjoy!
