I've been getting back into Osamu Tezuka's stuff because I really missed talking about it since it's been like 5 years and some pals have been making Star System ocs and I had to join in.

Her name is Mille Feuille and she usually takes on roles where she's a subordinate/assistant to other characters. She's often paired up with antagonists and I like shoving her with Skunk oops.
