You don't know how long I've had this in my files (actually only few weeks but still)

Name: Maria Gewehr
Age: Geoffrey says she's 13
Weight: 102lbs
Height: 5'1"
Weapon: Customized Walther P-38 pistol “Krieg” and her saw-like dagger “Jack.” [link]
Fighting Style: Point ‘n shoot, simple as that! Her pistol was modified to shoot bullets of a higher caliber, chambering in front of the trigger. This makes her rate of fire slower than an average pistol but it doesn't matter to her, seeing as her accuracy is top notch. She can also shoot from incredibly far distances thanks to Geoffrey's General influence. She only uses Jack if total annihilation of a target is unavoidable; she seems to really treasure a target's blood, feeling that spilling too much is a waste.

Personality: Playful, mischievous, and arrogant (probably takes the “arrogance” from Geoffrey). She often runs off and does her own thing without asking permission, which can spell a lot of trouble for Geoffrey. She will listen when she thinks it matters, but otherwise she likes to slack off and go find and play with the other SEEDs kids when a mission isn't interesting enough for her. She's a lot to handle, to say the least.
However, when she does show conviction she's incredibly competent. She can see most goals through to the end, and during battle she's incredibly strategic.
There's no wonder why she's the leader of the SEEDs and is being watched by the strongest General, Geoffrey. Those two have a chemistry almost like siblings.

Background: Not much is known about her and Geoffrey. She joined Sanctum out of nowhere and it seemed as if the SEEDs program followed almost immediately. All that is known about her is all that Geoffrey wants to reveal; she showed up on his doorstep one day and he decided to take her in, with both of them joining Sanctum not too shortly after NAPSO came for both of them. It was apparent that Maria was some sort of high-profile target for NAPSO, seeing as a few Sparks were even sent after them. They found sanctuary within Sanctum and have been enlisted as SEED and General ever since, climbing to the top of the game with little to no trouble.

What Geoffrey isn't fully aware of is that the other children in the SEEDs program are imperfect clones of Maria, able to impart their Aspect to allies and enhance the Operatives' abilities. For whatever reason, Maria can't impart her aspect to anyone except Geoffrey, so it was deemed necessary for clones to be made so that the Operatives can benefit from it. Maria was borne with the Aspect of Speed, originally a NAPSO experiment named "Genesis" focused on creating perfect humans in tune with the Barrier's energy, now taken over by Sanctum after they seized the lab and gave her a normal life after making the three other SEEDs children from her genes.

Extra notes:
She’s allergic to garlic. Garlic powder, garlic cloves, anything garlic. It makes her sneeze and it gives her a terrible rash if she touches it.
She dislikes boring people. Whenever she’s in a meeting she doesn’t listen and Geoffrey always has to explain the mission to her afterwards because she wasn’t paying attention during the briefing.
The habit makes her hair look short, but it’s actually pretty deceptively long, down to her butt at least. How she manages to bunch that all up in there we’ll never know.
