I finally finished this guy. It's been mostly finished for a while, but was lacking the belt and the tassels because I was still debating whether I actually wanted to add the tassels or not.

I was inspired by this dress by Metamorphose: [link] I really wanted it and then finally realized that it would be super easy to make, and I found exactly the kind of kimono print I was looking for at JoAnn Fabric.

The kimono print part is cotton and is painted with flecks of gold. The skirt part is polyester and has hidden pockets in the side seams.

And I still need to fiddle with my camera settings more to compensate for the weird lighting in my new apartment, apparently...
