Description
First off: everyone is entitled to their own hilarious scratch doodles every now and again. Not everything has to be a masterpiece. Sometimes it's fun to take a break and draw something RANDOM. Like this.
Second off: I don't want your blab about my terrible anatomy. This was a doodle I did just for fun.
Third off: I cannot draw males. Not even pretty girly guys, like this one here.
Fourth: Um....despite what everyone seems to think, Oka-chu isn't really me XD. We have different personalities and looks. She started off as my screen name, but this is the character inspired by said screen name. so no, I don't want to hear "oooh is this based on something in real life?" Because you will get a "no!" in response.
Fifth: I think this is a fun doodle, and that this is a couple I may have to keep. Alternate-Oka-form is all "CREEPYFACE" and then oka-chu is "GTFO" Any suggestions for the male alternate of Okamichu (based on ninetails and amaterasu from Okami) lemme know!

I agree, guys are just a pain. I can't stand to draw a guy and mess up, makes me mad. I think i'll start using references more often

Yep, when people watch me stream, i'm sure they're surprised to see me rage throw my colored pencils A LOT.
XD I don't carry references with me, but I do have a knack for "stalker-catching" pictures, if I need a reference :3 But I think i should probably try that sometime! It's better than getting a picture of someone on my phone all lurker like.
We should definitely help each other!

I don't think you did a bad job at all, doodle or not, anatomically or drawing a boy.
I'd love to see you draw, ferreals, a boy sometime. I think it'd be good practice, a stretch outside your comfort zones.
I love her tail is very Amaterasu of Okami. X3 *plays with* and the little heart choker.

Haha thanks. Well, he's a mirror shot of her, just a little darker in color with square-ish tattoos instead of round-ish tattoos. Oka-chu has a mauled up ear, so he has a mauled ear on the opposite side. His hair is a lot spikier on top so it doesn't show much. XD That's just one of my doodle fails.
I probably should draw more guys, but for the most part it goes FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIL BOOOOM! And explodes.
Haha okamichu-mix of okami/pikachu ^^ I love the tail myself. The choker is something new I wanted to try for her. She changes outfits every season (winter she wears a scarf and black/white clothes that are a bit dressier, spring she wears headphones and dark jeans and a tank top, so now i'm just switching the headphones out for summer) I'm glad I actually got her expression to work. I was so distracted working on this.

Well, obviously they're related design-wise. X3 Yeah, I was wondering if maybe he just had EPICALLY HUGE HAIR and that's where his other ear is. *shrug* And now I know. What happened to their earses? *headtilt*
You only stop failing by practice! D: Male characters are so much easier for me to draw because I don't have to worry about where the boobs belong. <_<; And they can look like girls in the face. No one seems to mind that. XD;
Lol, somehow I never thought of that name being Okami/Pikachu. "chu" is the sound-effect for kisses in manga, so I was always thinking "Aww, Okami-kiss!
Your clothing designs are just awesome. I have the hardest time branching out with clothes. Everyone is a video game character and wears exactly the same thing in my head all the time. D: It's terrible! *flail* This is mostly because fashion bores me except when it's epically over the top. Meh, I'll learn, I hope.

And thanks! I have a hard time with clothes too because I just wear my two pairs of blue jeans with various t-shirts (today I'm wearing my Wonder Woman shirt, uh-huh, yeah XD) But yep, I agree. Shoes are my least favorite thing to draw. Several of my characters go barefoot because of it XD. I try to look up name brand clothing outfits and draw them on my characters sometimes, it helps me later when I want to design an outfit. ^^

Yep, it's really a good bet. And also stealing from movies and time periods and mixing it with modern stuff is really fun and can sometimes make some interesting combinations! I can't draw shoes at all, so I'm incredibly envious of your mad shoe skills.

Lol, I have beeeeeeg feet, so I don't fit in many generic shoes. So I'm enamored of any shoe that makes my feet look cute. Those monsters make my feet look like I'MA KEEL YOU, but that's besides the point. X3 They're the makings of badassary right there.

I have WEEEEEEEEEEEE small feet. Tiny, really. Runs in the family. I Just generally say forget shoes, I'll go barefoot. (have tossed my shoes in my locker many-a-time) But those are definitely badass.
