These have a lot of personality! I love the style you used to paint their faces. I'm not seeing any unifying concepts of themes here though. And the Asian character strikes me as weak & unoriginal because they appear to be constructed entirely of stereotypes & tropes.

I think you should be careful with the detailings of the bearded man's beard tassels, they look like they're bolted to his apron
