Norman Osborn sent his grandson to Norway with his mother. He grew up as a punk kid in Norway. In his 15, he ended up living in japan as an estray after he leaved his home without notice. Her mother has been back to Osborn mansion with great anger against Norman because he ripped apart her family.
Though Norman always watched Jay, Jay’s mother Sefora blamed Norman for Jay’s being a punk and potential criminal. Beforelong, she is vaccinated and sent to the sanitarium next to Harry since she threated Norman to declare this project to the world.
