Yes, indeed You're completely right

I was reading somewhere that some doctors prescribe to their patients who are having health issues caused by stress, to go to the forest and stay there for a few hours to get rid of the stress

Yeah, it\s a good stress relief too. Schools in the city send their kids to the countryside to be around forests and nature because it is said that it helps the kids get out any frustrations from school work
