so this will seem like a comment out of no where but this honestly feels like that one fortress in shadow of mordor on the first map of the game, btu if it was in modern day. like this could be a modern day lower class orc village that's just out side a huge industrial city.Β

The trains themselves maybe gone, but you can still take that truck there and convert it into a railbus.Β Use what you got and make the best of it.
