Happy Halloween everyone!Here's a pokemon design concept that I made a while ago. It's the ghost type Eevee evolution and evolves with a dusk stone.

hmmm... I can't really think of anything I had for inspiration on this one. I've always loved making fakemon when I was younger so I thought i'd give it a go again.

That's awesome! there really should be a ghost eevee evolution.
i have a lot of fun designing things like this :3. I think I'm going to make more for some of the other types that aren't eevee-ed yet.
