Description
Mezer is former leader of the Execution Force, and currently a leader of group of Space Pirates working as a Mercenaries and Bounty Hunters.

He has earned himself quite a reputation, preferring to go after extremely powerful targets to get most of his special trait of his race: Mezer is capable of feeding on Ki of others and turn it into his power, allowing him to match in power enemies who would be usually tougher than him. Less controlled and more extensively released the opponent's ki, more Mezer can absorb. He claims this ability be "Flaw of the Super Saiyans". This is not without a flaw however. Too much energy can leave Mezer worn down, especially ki of unknown nature (such as God Ki). There have been also times that even when powered up, he has faced defeat - such against in run-in with Saiyan Nero.

On his right hand, he wears a device that can produce numbing energy stream to weaken his targets for securing them.

Mezer's name comes from Mezereon, also known as Spruce Olive. Mezer also sounds similar to Messer: German word for Knife.
