For an idea we had to get people to do as much as they possibly can at our small convention.

Convenator, meaning that they get a list with things to do and have a day to do it all. The first one that finishes gets a gold convenator badge and the next 9 gets one as well...

The idea is that this will be a recurring theme to our con, and these badges will be very hard to get.
