Yeah, the hat was actually a cute addition to the character's design... Originally, she was not supposed to have it, but she did a great job putting it, because it suits Hotaru's personality.

Wow... So beautiful! I love the way you did Hotaru-chan by incorporating Roxas costume in her. The Silence Glaive looks really cool on her. I think from all of the Sailor Senshis, Saturn is one of my favourites (I can't decide which one I like more, you know' you made them so beautiful which is hard for me to decide). I just have one question, what's with the French hat? it's not that I don't like it, in fact I think it's a very unique touch, and it's very cute... I just love it! I can't wait to see the way you're going to put all the Senshis in the final drawing.
And one more thing, I know that I'm actually a pain in the neck, but could you do me one more favour? Would you be able to draw Naru (as Sailor Earth) with a costume similar to the one Sora uses in KH2? I'm just asking you this, because a few days ago, I decided to incorporate her also in the story, because I felt that Nar u would make a really cool Sailor Senshi, and since Earth does not have a Sailor Senshi, why not her? Keep it up, and thanks for doing this for me, my friend.
One more thing, I'll be posting really soon a few photos of me, posing as a special Sailor Moon character, which is one of my OC's, Johnny Meioh (who's "Sailor Pluto FX Destroyer"), and well, if you want to, check them out and tell me what you thought of them.
