Description
A fanart of Sarah Kerrigan from Starcraft. I was very fond of that character when I was playing BroodWars years ago, so now that she is back I decided to pay a little tribute to her.Whole character including modeling, texturing and lightning was done in Zbrush3 (i just got it weak ago and its sort of brilliant
). I used good old Photoshop for some final composing, adding simple background, eyebrows, detailing eyes, few light and shadow fixes and overall postproductionYou can find some 1:1 closeups here: [link]
This is my first work in 3d so if something is wrong just tell me and I'll try to fix it next time :]

Oh my, that is sooo creepy it makes it very easy to understand why Raynor freaked out when he met her again.

this is absolutely gorgeous. I WISH I had an ounce of your modeling skill. Only thing I'll say is that, to me, it doesn't look like there's enough chitin-hair. It almost seems like she's got a bit of a baldness problem.

Definitely her most impressive portrait. The look, the features are just brilliant. She looks so convincing, so beautiful, so strong and deadly. This is how the true Queen Bitch of the Universe should look like. This is true Kerrigan for me.

I get quite a kick at watching some of her features - as close as her jaws! - almost wane & fade when I focus on the eyes alone, which seem comparatively so much more acutely rendered...
