Marvel vs. DC. Two superheroes of royal heritage, who're also the rulers of a hidden kingdom, are about to clash in a fight to the death. The King of Wakanda, faces off against the Queen of Themyscira.I do not own either characters.

But ScrewAttack can give Mario the power-ups he don't use anymore like frog suit and cape feather so using 1 time weapons are allowed for Death Battle and I know Panther didn't use Infinity Gauntlet in Official Death Battle. And I don't see how King of the Dead would help him in this fight.
