His concepts
Booster Gold/Mikela J. Carter: time-traveling hero Michael J. Carter came to the present day from the 31st century in attempts to make it big as a hero. However, he came carrying a virus from his time, Grandin's Gender Reversal Disease. Because of the timestream's effects, the virus lay dormant in his system for a couple weeks, manifesting in the middle of a press conference at the height of his popularity and transforming him in to a beautiful, blonde bombshell. Her reputation took a downturn after that, and "she" continued to struggle to regain her respect and accept her new form, as there was no cure for Grandin's in this time-period. She also had to contend with her sexual attraction to fellow JLI member Blue Beetle, something that disturbed her since she was a man mentally, but a woman physically.

Inazuma/Hiro Okamura (New_Earth): In his world, Hiro Okamura, Japan's own 13-year-old, billionaire genius inventor, was not a superfan of Batman and Superman, but rather the Flash. He saw the Flash as a fellow scientist, as he had glimpsed the Scarlet Speedster using his intellect to win fights, experimenting with his powers in new ways each time. Hiro was also interested in applying the mysterious Speed Force to practical use for scientific advancements. So, he recreated the accident that gave Flash his powers, but something went wrong. He was struck with four different lightning bolts, an event that not only granted him super-speed, but gave him the ability to generate electrical energy around his body to enhance his punches and kicks.

Tasmanian Devil/Hugh Dawkins: A member of the Global Guardians, Hugh is a mutant with therianthrope abilities, and represents Australia's interests in the team. On his world, the JLA never existed, and the Global Guardians are Earth's only meta-response superhero team.

Green Lantern/Jimmy Olsen: After many years of putting his life on the line for the sake of others (and the sake of the story, as far as Perry White's concerned), Superman's best pal was finally recognized for his bravery and welcomed into the Green Lantern Corps by the Guardians of the Universe. He never stopped being a reporter though, and carried his camera into action wherever he went.

Batgirl/Tamara Fox: Unbeknownst to her father, Lucius Fox, Tam began training under Bruce Wayne to become the newest Batgirl of her world. She was involved in a romantic relationship with Robin/Tim Drake for a time as well, but this dwindled after he disappeared for two years, under the guise of Red Robin, putting a strain on their relationship.
