It sure gives an impression of a space colony, but at the same time its like a "nest" overtook by vegetation and the Saviors Zei.

I do not quite understand what kind of space colony in question, this is just one of many underground cities. From natural lighting, there are only glowing t-crystals on the cave roof and luminous windows. Here I will not touch the topic of interstellar flights.
