You said this is a species, meaning... There are more of these things roaming around the cosmos? That's quite the scary thought for me. Even one of them may very well sound like a "final enemy" sort of alien to me.
It feels like hearing about one of the many eldritch horrors of Lovecraftian lore that lurk in the midst of space and other places beyond what the human reason can understand.Β
Β
Considering they hate humanity, does this mean they are good, evil or just a greater/neutral force wandering the vastness of space in your story?Β

They will not appear near this planet, this thing is not as strong as it seems. I just drew a planet for scale.
Sunflowers do not wander aimlessly, but do some work.

Very nice work!
A dreamy yet very scary scene!
Also,
"Today we have a fucking big sunflower."
+1 Description caught me off guard - as I was writing this I accidentally did a spit take.

I do not understand why a big sunflower caused people such laughter.Β

The way the size comparison can be differentiated by adding the word fucking in front of it lol
'a big sunflower' vs 'a fucking big sunflower' the the fucking big sunflower wins.

What? Who is it? Please use simple words. It's unlikely that a Google translator knows who Vincent is.

About Lovecraft I already hear the third time in a month, maybe the fourth? I do not know what the similarity is.
I heard about van Gogh. Well, at least, my post-processing of drawings really does look something like his works.

I would argue about the latter. If it was meaningless, all of my characters would be dead long ago. In comparison with humanity destroying everything around, these aliens are only pathetic amateurs.
In general, this is a rather complicated story and no one has a desire to fight with each other.Β Β

Well his aliens are of both kind - unliving and eternal and super (non) human but equally doomed as the human race.Β΄
He was a hobby astronomer and grew up in the time when people started to realize the size of the universe.
A depressing view, but he ate lots of ice cream to get over it.Β

The more I tell about this world, the more it seems to me that a few strong guys in white coats will come for me soon and will take me to a room with soft walls.
