Wow, I love your design much better than mine. It's simple, funny, and gets the message across well. I used the same quotation for a coffee mug design and kept changing it, finished it at the last minute so it wasn't very good but you did a Good job!

It's refreshing to see someone come up with their own line, rather than using an old quote or a hackneyed song lyric. Good advice, too. Personally, I practice safe home ownership by using a condominium.

this almost sounds like it could be used for great foreplay, regardless. Play on words indeed!
But definitely couldn't be any more true than how you expressed it here. Love the rough sketch of the typography as opposed to making it a separate design without the words behind the scribbles (...if that made any sense, sorry @_@; )
