Honestly this getup doesn't really make sense to me, why the heck does he need a turban (a word I use knowing it's incorrect but I'm guessing my point is still made...) I feel like it looks really silly haha, and the cloak ... thing... I just don't get it. As for it's function, I was thinking it was for power suppressant, but no evidence yet to support that really. Guess we'll have to wait until next week to find out dammit!
