Goes a long way.I'd had this mental image in my head for ages and decided to throw it out tonight.
Artagnan the Gallade and Taylor are both Ex-Rockets, so there's actually a chance somehow that these two might have met some time in the past even if they don't remember it now.
So here's a sympathetic Taylor offering a starving and suffering little Artagnan some food or whatever food the vending machines upstairs in the break room have which won't be suspicious to his higher ups if he takes it down here on guard duty.
Artagnan just had his eye ripped out a few days back for trying to escape and is attempting to figure out if the Pocky is poisoned and if he really cares if it is. Taylor's nomming on one to show him that it's okay.
There *is* a reason why Art is much fonder of Taylor than Saladin is, and here's why. Though Taylor won't remember, Art will, even if he will never tell anyone out of fear of losing his macho points.

Bahahaha XDXD Art is a very strange anomaly in all honesty. He didn't have much of a personality when I first made him--he was just the brooding, angsty loner Gallade desu. Shit happened along the way and suddenly he's this Brooklyn Bad Boy. I find it hilarious that he, as a Pokemon as the most convoluted backstory even compared to my humans. But of course, even bad boys have their woobie moments >w<
Art's favorite food is actually Pocky thanks to this XDXD So nope. Totally no phallic symbol. cB

What exactly would you like to know about? The premise is pretty simple. It's just black lineart, preferably level and plain old cel shading with a softened filter on top and some film grain. The bars and text added later on.

Considering what Team Rocket did to that Marowak in Lavender Town, this is the kind of brutality I would expect on their captive Pokemon.

Seems to me that you're focussing more on process and methodology of creating an anime cel here rather than the actual subject, but lil Art is cute as hell and the expression on his face was very well done.
Looking at this, R6 is set to be the best thing you ever did, provided your hands don't fall off.
