this i my OC for Pennsylvania, where i live
she lives in the Appalachian mountains as a mountaineer haha and she lives in the crappily drawn cabin in the back 
hehe she has a coon skin hat 
hetalia is not owned by me!
EDIT: i have decided on the name Laurel Penn for her. Laurel as in mountain laurel, the state flower, and Penn as in William Penn the founder of our state
