Description
The transition between winter in spring is brought on the petals of cherry blossoms...Completly drawn with a mouse in Macromedia Flash; colored in Macromedia Fireworks. It was expirement with textures but as I went on I decided to actually complete the piece. It's simple, yet, I think anyway, refined. My favourite part was doing her Yukata.

It took about 6 hours to color/draw... but that includes time I just sat there staring at it wondering how to color. About 45 minutes was spent just drawing it because I kept changing my mind

The textures are well chosen: I especially like the purple bow. The accenting of the spring scenery with the spotted background gives great emphasis.
Yeah, I think this needs another favourite.
